Ephesians 4:25-26 NLT

So stop telling lies. Let us tell our neighbors the truth, for we are all parts of the same body. And don't sin by letting anger control you...

Part of life, living with other people, being part of a community,  is that sometimes other people make us angry...but Paul is clear here...it's about not letting anger control our actions or our emotions or our responses...
When we get angry, dig a little deeper into our response...why...why do I respond that way?  Why does that push my buttons?
And when we dig do we find truth? (see yesterday's proverb)

Christ is the visible image of the invisible God. He existed before anything was created and is supreme over all creation,  for through him God created everything in the heavenly realms and on earth.
