Ephesians 4:1-2 NLT

...I (Paul)...beg you to lead a life worthy of your calling...
Always be humble and gentle.

Humility
Not being proud, arrogant, but being modest, thinking of others...
Gentleness
Not rough or viollent, but treating others kindly, amiably...

For some this is easy...for me there is a constant need to watch my words and my tone, because often I'm not gentle, and not humble.
May today those two words permeate our hearts and all our interactions today
... be humble and gentle...

Christ is the visible image of the invisible God. He existed before anything was created and is supreme over all creation,  for through him God created everything in the heavenly realms and on earth. He made the things we can see and the things we can't see - such as thrones, kingdoms, rulers, and authorities in the unseen world. Everything was created through him and for him.
