John 15:13–15
There is no greater love than to lay down one’s life for one’s friends...Now you are my friends, since I have told you everything the Father told me.
Something changed in Jesus relationship with his disciples. He had shared with them all the important stuff...and now they are friends. The ultimate expression of the Kingdom that Jesus taught, the greatest love, to sacrifice his life for his friends.

Christ is the visible image of the invisible God. He existed before anything was created and is supreme over all creation,  for through him God created everything in the heavenly realms and on earth. He made the things we can see and the things we can't see - such as thrones, kingdoms, rulers, and authorities in the unseen world. Everything was created through him and for him.
