Psalms 119:49-50 NLT

Remember your promise to me; it is my only hope. Your promise revives me; it comforts me in all my troubles.

Troubles.
The writer of Psalms had them.  We have them.
Jesus said "in this world you will have trouble..."
God's promises revive...when we're feeling tired, low, falling...
God's promises comfort...IN our troubles...
We're all in need of comfort and reviving sometimes - Jesus words are "but take heart, for I have overcome the world"
One day all will be made new. The broken and damaged will be fixed. Renewed. Revived.
In the meantime, we meditate on God's word, take comfort in His promises, & allow him to revive us...in our troubles...
