All Scripture is God-breathed and is useful for teaching, rebuking, correcting and training in righteousness, so that the servant of God may be thoroughly equipped for every good work. 2 Timothy 3:16-7 NIV "so that" God's word is not just about knowledge or knowing God's moral law, or making us better people...it's "so that" we're equipped for the things God has for us to do! We get ourselves equipped for work or business or sport, and even for recreation. We train, buy equipment, study... prepare. God's word is the equipping place for the 2 things God has for us to do: Loving Him Loving People He's made us unique, and we have a unique place in the world. And we're uniquely loved by a personal God So That #Godbreathed #equipped #sothat #unique
