Little children, 

I'm writing to you because your sins have been forgiven through Jesus' name. 

1 John 2:12 CEB

Perhaps this is a verse I need to commit to memory, to recall whenever the self condemning voices try to tell me something different, when I think this truth applies to everyone else but couldn't possibly be enough for me, and for when I just need reminding.

"Little children, 

I'm writing to you because your sins have been forgiven through Jesus' name."

If we don't need reminding today, then we probably will tomorrow;
