Peace.
The word for peace here is "eirene": one, peace, quietness, rest.
This was a common farewell, an invocation of peace of mind. It means "to join, tie together into a whole) - properly, wholeness, i.e. when all essential parts are joined together; peace".
This peace is about when we're all joined up, all the disjointed parts of us are one again. 
Paul is not offering this from himself but from God the Father and from Jesus.
This peace can be ours only because of the first 2 things here, God's grace & mercy towards us. 
Peace.
When our minds are at rest. 
We get glimpses of this peace, not sure where it happens for you, maybe it's a beach at sunset, holding a sleeping baby, being in God's creation, savouring coffee, completing a task, creating something, running a marathon, exercising your gifts and abilities... and there's that sense of wholeness, peace, just for a moment, a glimpse. 
Today may we have a glimpse of that peace from knowing we are loved by God, and knowing that one day that peace, that wholeness will be complete.

Friday! Proverbs! The Lord hates six things;  in fact, seven are detestable to him:  (1) arrogant eyes,  (2) a lying tongue,  (3) hands that shed innocent blood, ... Proverbs 6:16-17 CSB This list of things that Proverbs describes that our God stands against, are anti-God, must be things that God isn't.  It's easy to use Proverbs as a weapon, to accuse or label others, but Proverbs is about finding the way of wisdom, of life, it's about the heart, mine, yours, ours.  And it's full of metaphor. Arrogant eyes. Eyes aren't arrogant, they're just that part of my body that receives visual information aren't they? Arrogant eyes. My tongue doesn't tell lies by itself, I do that.
